I believe we live in a society that admires authenticity while at the same time sends us conflicting messages about what it means to ‘be enough’. As a therapist I have seen how people struggle with the curse of ‘not enough-ness’ and how they get stuck trying to figure out, just who they are. This is why I love working with the relationship aspect of therapy. Your relationship challenges with others and most importantly, the relationship you are having with yourself.
