Where: Virtual – Zoom
Time: Weekly 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm  for 6 weeks

  • Tuesday January 16 6:30 to 7:45 pm MST (1.25 hours) Due to the house keeping on the first call.
  • Tuesday January 23 6:30 to 7:30 pm MST (1 hour)
  • Tuesday January 30 6:30 to 7:30 pm MST (1 hour)
  • Tuesday February 06 6:30 to 7:30 pm MST (1 hour)
  • Tuesday February 13 6:30 to 7:30 pm MST (1 hour)
  • Tuesday February 20 6:30 to 7:30 pm MST (1 hour)
Cost: $350 (may be covered by your health insurance under services provided by a registered Psychologist

Maria Soledad is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, an ADHD Candidate Certified Coach with MentorCoach, and a candidate for the Professional Association for ADHD coaches (PAAC), holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge and a master’s degree of Dance from York University.

Maria Soledad’s coaching approach is rooted in positive psychology, but through an ADHD lens. She partners with clients to explore who they are, understand executive functions, build awareness around strengths, and recognize ADHD impacts.
